The ‘Il Gabbiano’ Restaurant offers its guests those delicious specialities that respect the traditions of the typical Maremma cooking. The restuarant, recently renovated, is an elegant yet informal place, with the characteristic and typical wood finishings and large sliding doors, letting the sunlight in to light up the whole room.
A Restaurant/Bar for 80 diners, an outdoor space with veranda and an area with wide gazebos so that you can lunch and dine in the open air. On the veranda, at night and under a starry sky, you can dine to the gentle sound of the waves and to the perfume of the salty sea which accompany your candlelit meals.
Almost standing on the seashore itself, the Restaurant takes its name from the many seagulls that, at sunset, flock over the sea right in front of you, from where you can delight in a breathtaking view over the Tyrrhenian Sea and over the little islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, from the Punta Ala promontory with its famous “Cala Violina” cove, to the small islands of Cerboli and Palmaiola lying in front of the Isle of Elba and then along further to the Piombino Cape.
