MiniClub and Animation

1) the Service
The Mini Club Service is free.
The activities are entrusted to the animators of the “Al Passio Giusto” company who organize and lead the activities on the beach and in the covered area inside the campsite.
The Mini Club service is not a child custody service, therefore the accompanying adult must not leave the area where the activities take place.
The adult will have to accompany the minor to the meeting point and take care of picking him up at the end of the service.

2) Behaviors of minors
a) Objects (games, food, drinks, animals, etc.) that may be dangerous for the minor himself and for the other children and for the entertainers cannot be introduced into the entertainment spaces.
b) Every minor has the obligation to observe the rules of correct civil life, showing respect for people and things and using appropriate language. It is strictly forbidden to play violent games, to give jostles and to use the games in an improper and dangerous way.
c) The managers of the service are authorized to send away the minor who does not comply with the regulation.

3) Statement of responsibility
The Campsite Management and the Associazione al Passo Giusto decline all responsibility for the loss or damage of things or clothing brought into the play area by children.

The Campsite Management and the Associazione al Passo Giusto, as well as the entertainers in charge of the service, are free from any civil liability in the play area as well as from civil and criminal liability for damage caused by children to things and people.
